Yara Nassar is a Legal Trainee at KN&P. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Dar Al-Hekma University and has gained experience in corporate law, labor law, and litigation.
Yara is actively involved in legal research, contract drafting, and supporting dispute resolution matters, demonstrating a strong commitment to professional growth in the legal field.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements of all kinds, including but not limited to (leasing contracts, employment contracts, service contracts, contracting contracts, property management agreements, franchise agreements, NDA’s, MOU’s and settlements).
- Drafting and reviewing legal memoranda, such as (Clamant\Respondent memo, Memorandum of appeal and legal advice).
- Drafting legal letters.
- Participation in corporate governance and restructuring.
- Participating in establishing an LLC inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Conducting research in different areas of legal matters.
- Formulating companies' policies and procedures in line with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Filing cases and attending court sessions.
- Conducting investigations and prepare reports accordingly.
