KN&P is pleased to announce that the firm has successfully assisted and advised Impact46, a CMA authorized asset manager focused on alternative investment opportunities in Saudi Arabia, in relation to a “Series A” investment round in Jahez International, which operates a food delivery platform offering a full logistics solution with its own proprietary delivery capabilities, marking the largest VC deal of its kind in Saudi Arabia, for this year.

The round was led by Impact46’s Growth VC Fund, supporting later stage technology start-ups and aiming to play a role in boosting their growth, unlocking new milestones, and expanding reach for start-ups looking to scale.
