Waleed Alquraishi advises on the regulatory frameworks governing land, maritime, railway and postal transport in the Kingdom. Before joining the firm he spent three years at the Transport General Authority, participating in the drafting of transport laws and executive regulations, representing the Authority before committees of the Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers, and serving as Board Secretary to the Authority and the Saudi Railway Polytechnic.
- Advised on the transformation of the Automobile Syndicate into a non-profit corporate structure under the Royal Commission framework.
- Advised on the regulatory framework for the General Transport Center in Makkah within the scope of the Royal Commission for Makkah City and Holy Sites.
- Prepared regulatory analysis across the land, maritime and railway transport sectors for government stakeholders.
- Served as Board Secretary to two government-related entities.
