Mawaddah is Associate at KN&P. She is a licensed lawyer by the Saudi Ministry of Justice in Saudi Arabia. She is an LLB graduate from King Abdulaziz University. where she specialized in General law. Her background includes working on cases that involve employment, corporate law and litigation.
- Drafting articles of association, employment contracts, partnership agreements, shareholders’ resolutions, power of attorney, bylaws of companies and memorandums of understanding.
- Drafting, reviewing various contracts including employment contracts, shareholders’ agreements and articles of associations.
- Participated and assisted in setting up multiple companies including LLC, JV and offshore.
- Participate in amending and updating company CRs and MISA licenses and reflecting all necessary changes on company documents.
- Participated and assisted in administration of an estate and inheritance dispute.
