Mansour Dawood is Associate Director at KN&P. He is a licensed lawyer by the Saudi Ministry of Justice in Saudi Arabia. He holds a Master’s degree in law (LLM) from the University of Connecticut school of law, USA for the year 2010, And a Diploma in Intranational Air law from International Air Transport Association 2019, As well as Bachelor’s degree in law from King Abdul-Aziz University in Jeddah for the year 2008.
He also has experience and knowledge in Aviation laws, , and expert in the regulations and laws of the IATA, pleading before the Saudi judicial and quasi-judicial courts, intellectual property, privatization, arbitration, mergers and acquisitions, as well as commercial regulations, corporate law, and insurance.

- Participating in reviewing aircraft maintenance contracts, engines, and spare parts agreements.
- Drafting training and trainer contracts with international aviation training companies and centers in the aviation sector.
- Registering trademarks, monitoring their validity, and handling re-registrations both in the Kingdom and abroad.
- Conducting legal research on Saudi legal systems and regulations, and formulating legal opinions in accordance with Saudi law.
- Converting governmental and semi-governmental entities into limited liability companies.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating long-term investment contracts for leading real estate companies.
- Preparing corporate governance regulations and conducting corporate restructuring for one of the leading companies in Saudi Arabia.

- Providing legal advice to a leading real estate company in Saudi Arabia regarding a new partnership agreement with a contracting company and assisting in the agreement's implementation.
- Providing legal advice to a major medical company in Saudi Arabia regarding the company's merger and restructuring.
