Mansour Dawood is Associate Director at KN&P. He is a licensed lawyer by the Saudi Ministry of Justice in Saudi Arabia. He holds a Master’s degree in law (LLM) from the University of Connecticut school of law, USA for the year 2010, And a Diplomain Intranational Air law from International AirTransport Association 2019, As well as Bachelor’s degree in law from King Abdul-Aziz University in Jeddah for the year 2008. He also has experience and knowledge in Aviation laws, , and expert in the regulations and laws of the IATA, pleading before the Saudi judicial and quasi-judicial courts, intellectual property, privatization, arbitration, mergers and acquisitions, as well as commercial regulations,corporatelaw,and insurance.

- Preparing corporate governance regulations in addition to corporate restructuring for one of the leading companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

- Representing an Airline in relation to arbitration matters in and out of the Kingdom with a total value of more than 100 million Saudi riyals, which has been successfully completed.
- Providing legal advice to one of the leading real estate companies in the Kingdom regarding the new partnership agreement with acontracting company and implementing the agreement.
- Providing legal advice to one of the major medical companies in the Kingdom, regarding the company's merger and restructuring.
