Lolwa is a Junior Associate at KN&P. She holds an LLB from Dar Al Hekma University, specializing in General Law. Her experience includes handling cases related to employment law, corporate law, and litigation.
She actively supports legal research, contract drafting, and dispute resolution matters.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements of all kinds, including but not limited to leasing contracts, employment contracts, service contracts, contracting agreements, property management agreements, franchise agreements, NDAs, MOUs, and settlement agreements.
- Drafting and reviewing legal memoranda, including claimant/respondent memos, memoranda of appeal, and legal opinions.
- Drafting legal letters and formal communications.
- Participating in corporate governance activities and restructuring processes.
- Participating in the establishment of LLCs both inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Conducting legal research across various areas of law to support client matters.
- Formulating company policies and procedures in accordance with regulations in force within Saudi Arabia.
- Filing cases and attending court sessions as part of legal representation.
- Conducting investigations and preparing related reports.
