Jameel Bughdadi is a Junior Associate at KN&P. He holds an LLB from the University of Business and Technology. His practice includes corporate governance, contract drafting, legal research, and supporting litigation cases.
He has experience in drafting legal memoranda, reviewing agreements, and assisting with regulatory compliance matters.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements of all kinds, including but not limited to leasing contracts, employment contracts, service contracts, contracting agreements, property management agreements, franchise agreements, NDAs, MOUs, and settlement agreements.
- Drafting and reviewing legal memoranda, including claimant/respondent memos, memoranda of appeal, and legal opinions.
- Drafting legal letters and formal correspondence.
- Participating in corporate governance initiatives and company restructuring processes.
- Participating in the establishment of LLCs both inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Conducting legal research across various areas of law to support casework and advisory services.
- Formulating company policies and procedures in alignment with regulations in force within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Filing cases and attending court sessions on behalf of clients.
- Conducting investigations and preparing related legal reports.
