Hamzah is an Associate at KN&P and a Licensed Lawyer in Saudi Arabia, certified by the Saudi Ministry of Justice. He holds an LL.M. from the University of Southern California (USC) and has experience in litigation, corporate law, labor law, and intellectual property.
Hamzah advises clients on regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, and commercial contracts, bringing a strategic and solution-driven approach to legal matters.
- Participating in drafting Articles of Association, shareholders’ resolutions, and company regulations.
- Participating in the drafting, review, and negotiation of various contracts, including employment contracts and shareholders’ agreements.
- Participating in trademark registration, tracking validity, and handling re-registration procedures.
- Conducting research across different areas of legal matters.
- Participating in the establishment of LLCs both inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Participating in converting LLC entities into Closed Joint Stock Companies (CJS).
- Conducting legal due diligence for various corporate matters.
- Participating in corporate governance projects and company restructuring processes.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements of all kinds, including but not limited to leasing contracts, employment contracts, service contracts, contracting contracts, property management agreements, franchise agreements, NDAs, MOUs, and settlement agreements.
- Participating in the amendment and updating of Commercial Registrations (CRs) and MISA licenses for companies.
- Additionally, representing numerous companies and individuals in disputes and legal proceedings before various legal authorities in relation to commercial, labor, and real estate matters.
