Hamzah is Associate at KN&P. He is a licensed lawyer by the Saudi Ministry of Justice in Saudi Arabia. he is an LLM graduate from University of Southern California. Hamzah background includes working on litigation cases, intellectual property, labor law and corporatelaw.
- Participating in drafting Articles of Association, Shareholder’s resolutions and company regulations.
- Participating in the drafting, review and negotiation of several contracts including employment contracts and Shareholder’s Agreements.
- Participating in trademarks registration, following up their validity, and re-registering.
- Conducting research in different areas of legal matters.
- Participating in establishing an LLC inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Participating in converting an LLC entities to CJS.
- Conducting due diligence.
- Participation in corporate governance and restructuring.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements of all kinds, including but not limited to (leasing contracts, employment contracts, service contracts, contracting contracts, property management agreements, franchise agreements, NDA’s, MOU’s and settlements).
- Participating in amending and updating CR’s and MISA licenses for companies.
- In addition, representing many companies and individuals in disputes and cases at different legal authorities in relation to commercial, labor, and real estate matters.
