- Representing and advising a major Saudi listed company that provides ground handling services for the aviation sector by managing all its legal work, including corporate, employment, and litigation matters.
- Advising a listed Saudi insurance company on all legal requirements, including regulatory, corporate, employment, and litigation matters.
- Drafting and reviewing various agreements such as employment contracts for one of the leading aviation companies.
- Conducting due diligence related to mergers and acquisitions for companies, their subsidiaries, and affiliates.
- Drafting memoranda for various matters, including corporate and employment cases, such as memoranda of understanding, legal opinions, and litigation documents.
- Representing companies and individuals in disputes and legal proceedings before various legal authorities, acting as the main liaison.
- Representing multinational and regional banks and financial institutions in the execution and implementation of issued judgments inside and outside Saudi Arabia, totaling over SAR 500 million. All procedures were successfully completed.
- Drafting and conducting governance memoranda and day-to-day corporate work, as well as company restructuring for a leading Saudi trading company.
- Advising and representing several of the largest Saudi companies in litigation matters, either as claimants or defendants, across different legal authorities within KSA.
- Advising a national industrial listed company on a new joint venture agreement with a German company, including handling the transfer of licenses issued by the Ministry of Energy, Industry, and Mineral Resources.
- Drafting, preparing, reviewing, and maintaining company contracts and agreements, including distribution, purchase, promotions, talent, media, and agency agreements, as well as memoranda of understanding, legal opinions, and litigation-related documents across corporate and employment matters.
- Registering trademarks and commercial agencies inside and outside Saudi Arabia. Following up on expiration, re-registration, and handling disputes related to trademarks and agencies.
- Conducting the registration and issuance of various licenses for companies and individuals, including media licenses issued by the Ministry of Media and professional advisory licenses from the Ministry of Commerce and Investment.
- Handling incorporation and post-incorporation services for various commercial entities in Saudi Arabia — including establishments, LLCs, holding companies, and closed joint stock companies — by drafting Articles of Association, amended AOA, shareholder resolutions, stock certificates, general assembly documentation, and undertaking letters.
- Representing 11 international banks and financial institutions in submitting claims under the Saudi Bankruptcy Law for a total value exceeding SAR 700 million.
- Representing a client in Saudi Arabia in a dispute matter valued at SAR 6 million.
- Representing a client in Saudi Arabia in a SAR 5 million dispute regarding the dissolution of a partnership and related agreements before the Commercial Court, resulting in a final judgment in favor of the client.
- Representing an investment fund in a SAR 10 million case filed by a unit holder. The claim was dropped and a final judgment was issued in favor of the client by the General Secretariat Committees for Resolution of Securities Disputes.
- Representing a major investor in Saudi Arabia before the General Secretariat Committees for Resolution of Securities Disputes in relation to a total investment of SAR 8 million contributed to an investment fund.
- Additionally, representing numerous companies and individuals in disputes before various legal authorities across commercial, labor, and real estate matters.
