- Representing and advising one of the leading companies that provide automation and maintenance services specialized in airport solutions and ground handling equipment in the aviation sector in terms of commercial and contractual business-related services, in addition providing legal consultation in accordance with the best standards practices.
- Representing and advising a major Saudi listed company that provides ground handling services for aviation sector by managing all its legal work including corporate, employment and litigation.
- Advising a listed Saudi insurance company on all of their legal requirements including but not limited to regulatory, corporate, employment and litigation.
- Drafting and reviewing various agreements such as employment agreements for one of the leading aviation companies
- Conducting due diligence related to mergers and acquisitions for companies, their subsidiaries and affiliates.
- Drafting memoranda in relation to several matters including corporate, and employment cases such as memorandum of understanding, legal opinions, and litigation.
- Representing companies and individuals in disputes and cases at different legal authorities and acting as the main liaison.
- Representing multinational and regional banks and financial institutions, in relation to the execution and implementation of issued judgments inside and outside of KSA, for the total value of over SAR 500 million. All procedures were successfully achieved.
- Drafting and conducting company governance memo, and day-to-day work, in addition to company restructuring for a Saudi trading company which is one of the leading companies in KSA.
- Advising and representing several of the largest Saudi companies in relation to several matters of litigation either claiming or defending at different legal authorities inside KSA.
- Advising a national industrial listed company in their new joint venture agreement with a new German company. Worked on the procedures for the transfer of licenses granted by the Ministry of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources.
- Drafted, prepared, reviewed & maintained company contracts and agreements including but not limited to distribution, purchase, promotions, talent, media, and agency agreement, memorandum of understanding, legal opinions, and litigations memorandum, including but not limited to corporate, and employment cases.
- Registering trademarks and commercial agencies inside and outside KSA. Following up with their expiration and re-registration and make the necessary arrangements and procedures to overcome disputes and problem associated with trademarks and commercial agencies.
- Conducting registration and issuance of various types of licenses for companies and individuals including but not limited to different types of media licenses issued by the Ministry of Media, and professional advisory licenses in different sectors issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Investments.
- Conducting incorporation and post-incorporation services for various commercial institutions in KSA such as establishments, LLC companies, holding companies, closed joint stock companies, etc. by drafting AOAs, amended AOAs, Shareholder resolutions, stock certificates, prepared all documents for the general assembly meetings, and undertaking letters.
- Representing 11 international banks and financial institutions, in relation to submitting claims according to Saudi Bankruptcy Law for the total value of over SAR 700 million.
- Representing one of our clients in Saudi Arabia in relation to a dispute matter for the total value of SAR 6 million.
- Representing one of our clients in Saudi Arabia in relation to a dispute matter for the total value of SAR 5 million, regarding the dissolution of its partnership and agreements with another party before the Commercial court and obtain the final judgement.
- Representing an investment fund in relation to a case filed against the fund by a unit holder, for the total amount of SAR 10 million that have been dropped and a final judgment has been obtained by the General Secretarial Committees for Resolution of Securities Disputes in our Client favour.
- Representing one of the major investors in Saud Arabia before the General Secretarial Committees for Resolution of Securities Disputes for the total investment amounts that were contributing to the investment fund for a total amount of SAR 8 million.
- In addition, representing many companies and individuals in disputes and cases at different legal authorities in relation to commercial, labor, and real estate matters.
