Lama works is a Junior Associate at KN&P. She holds a bachelor’s degree from King Abdulaziz University. Her goal is to become a licensed lawyer and legal practitioner.
She has a background in labor and corporate laws in addition to working on cases that require litigation, in addition to her contribution in reviewing and drafting many contracts and legal memoranda.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements of all kinds, including but not limited to leasing contracts, employment contracts, service contracts, contracting agreements, property management agreements, franchise agreements, NDAs, MOUs, and settlement agreements.
- Drafting and reviewing legal memoranda, including claimant/respondent memos, memoranda of appeal, and legal opinions.
- Drafting legal letters and official communications.
- Participating in corporate governance efforts and restructuring initiatives.
- Participating in the establishment of LLCs both within and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Conducting legal research across various fields to support advisory, transactional, and litigation work.
- Formulating company policies and procedures in compliance with regulations in force within Saudi Arabia.
- Filing legal cases and representing clients in court sessions.
- Conducting investigations and preparing corresponding legal reports.
