Khalid Nassar is the Managing Partner of KN&P and a licensed lawyer in Saudi Arabia by the Saudi Ministry of Justice. He has experience in Arbitration, Corporate and Commercial law, including advising on Initial Public Offerings, joint ventures, Merger & Acquisitions, Foreign Investment, Due Diligence, PPP projects, Regulatory work, Drafting Services and Distribution Contracts, and Corporate Governance aspects as well as an intense experience Arbitration, Litigation and Commercial disputes.
Khalid has an LLM in international Arbitration law from the University of Miami and has built his experience by working in leading local, regional, and international firms over the past 14 years.
- Representing a listed company (main market) on its capital increase by way of a rights issue for a total amount of SAR 236.25 million. Our legal services to the listed company include: preparation and drafting of the legal sections of the prospectus, CMA and Tadawul declarations and forms, and full legal due diligence in respect of the listed company.
- Representing one of the leading companies in the sector of aviation engineering and industry that provides maintenance services for spare parts and aircraft engines to Saudi and foreign companies in their negotiations with Public Investment Fund (PIF) in relation to loan arrangement which will finance the client for developing and improving their activities.
- Representing several clients in their negotiations with Royal Commission For AlUla (RCU) in relation to different types of agreements including but not limited to; services agreements and development agreements for the potential of having one of the biggest international hotel chains within 3 different sites in AlUla.
- Representing and advising one of the leading sports academies that operates under the supervision of the Ministry of Sport by managing all its legal work including regulatory, corporate, employment and litigation.
- Representing and advising a major Saudi listed company that provides ground handling services for the aviation sector by managing all its legal work including regulatory, corporate, employment and litigation.
- Representing a multinational leading construction and infrastructure consultation company in several matters including advisory and litigation.
- Representing an investment company for their healthcare acquisition transaction for a total value of over SAR 130 million.
- Representing and advising two of the leading entertainment companies in KSA in relation to their company's legal work, including but not limited to drafting agreements, providing legal opinions for their operations and providing agreements and legal opinions.
- Advising a multinational project management and consultation company for their legal requirements in KSA.
- Representing 11 international and regional banks & financial institutions in relation to arbitration matters in KSA, for the total value of over SAR 700 million.
- Advising one of the leading Saudi trading companies in their new joint venture with a worldwide automobile manufacturer and undertaking the incorporation of the said joint venture.
- Advising one of the largest Saudi construction companies in several new joint venture agreements and undertaking the incorporation of the said joint venture.
- Advising and representing a Saudi holding group company in relation to several matters of litigation, corporate, and employment.
- Advising a listed company in their new joint venture with a German company and undertaking the incorporation of the said joint venture.
- Advising the regulatory framework for a PPP project for Makkah municipality.
- Secondment at HSBC Middle East Headquarters in Dubai, UAE for three months.
- Advising the Human Resources Development Fund on the Saudization of the taxi sector in Saudi Arabia and coordinating with the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Transportation on the same.
- Advising one of the leading transportation companies in the Middle East on its business structure in Saudi Arabia. Further, representing the company before the committee created by the government to legalize such smart transportation businesses in Saudi Arabia. The committee includes representatives from: Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Commerce and Investment, and Ministry of Labor.
