She has an experience in corporate and Commercial law including advising on joint ventures,Merger & Acquisitions, Foreign Investment, Due Diligence, Regulatory work,Drafting Services and Distribution Contracts, and Corporate Governance aspects.
Hanadi has an LLM in Corporate Law from the University College London.She built her experience by working in a leading international firm over the past five years.
